The VIA K8T900 reference board was slightly slower than the DFI LANParty nF4 SLI-DR in both high and low detail Far Cry tests. However, you would be pushed to notice the difference when the details are turned up to 1280x1024 4xAA 8xAF and maximum in-game details. We saw a difference of 0.3 frames per second at those settings.

Doom 3:

The performance differences with Doom 3 were marginally bigger than what we saw in Far Cry. However, you would still be hard pushed to notice a difference of 0.8 frames per second when the details are cranked up to 1280x1024 4xAA 8xAF Ultra Quality. At the lower detail settings, the difference was closer to 4 frames per second.
